If anyone is in danger, call 10111 (Namibian Police) or emergency medical services first. During a trip, use the SOS button in the app — it alerts our safety line with your live trip position. This form is not monitored in real time.

For anything about a specific trip — fare disputes, lost items, reporting conduct — open the trip in the NamCab app and choose Get help. The trip record comes with your request, which usually halves the back-and-forth.
Include the phone number on your NamCab account and the trip date so we can find your case quickly.
