In the apps
The rider and driver apps use device identifiers for sign-in security, push notifications and crash reporting. Location is collected during trips because that is the product; it is not collected in the background when you are not using the app for a trip. Details are in the Privacy Policy on namcab.com.
Your choices
- You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the public sites remain fully readable without them.
- Where a consent banner is legally required, essential-only will always be a one-tap choice — no dark patterns.
